Meet Jim & Lisa Quaschnick

Growing up in Lodi among the vineyards, alfalfa, and tomato fields, Jim thought he would one day take over the family farm. But sometimes life takes a funny turn (thankfully, for us!)… Jim graduated from CSU Sacramento earning a degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. After obtaining his real estate broker license in 1990, Jim’s early years were spent developing commercial buildings along the western states. Jim’s boots may not have cultivated grapes, but they did help many warehouses and shopping malls meet their development deadlines. From there, Jim worked for a national bank corporation where he was responsible for all management aspects of the real estate holdings for the bank in the entire state of California, specifically the Greater Sacramento Area. It was during this time, Jim developed his passion for helping people become first-time homebuyers. He did this by creating the first Down-payment Assistance Program (DAP) that did not require government assistance. This program quickly grew from its humble beginnings in Sacramento to 42 states in three short years, helping hundreds of thousands of families.

Lisa began her career in real estate in 2005, shortly after marrying Jim. She is a recognized Realtor with eXp Realty and has dedicated her career to not only helping her Greater Sacramento Area clients gain valuable insight, save time, and achieve their real estate goals, but also leading other agents to do the same. As a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist (CPTS), as well as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Lisa specializes in inherited/estate homes and investment properties. Driven by excellence, she takes pride in providing her clients with the best customer service experience possible. Together, Jim and Lisa have sold over 1,000 homes throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. Pioneers in the digital marketing space, Jim and Lisa are passionate about advancing how real estate is being done. 

Fueled by a mission to serve, Jim and Lisa are best known for their role as co-founders of a nonprofit organization that continues to provide affordable and safe housing to Veterans in the Sacramento Area experiencing homelessness. Together, they are committed to developing innovative solutions while offering a high standard of quality.

Living in Fair Oaks, Jim and Lisa enjoy riding their eBikes along the American River Parkway, reading books about marketing and business, driving their ’51 Chevy hotrod, exploring great day-cation spots, and cooking for family and friends.

Because they believe real estate is one of the best ways to build wealth that can be passed down from generation to generation, Jim and Lisa Quaschnick spend time providing their clients with the knowledge they’ve gained from their experience. Over the years, they have fixed, flopped, flipped, owned long-term rentals, short-term rentals (like Airbnb or vrbo), been providers of shared housing, purchased properties using a self-directed 401k, sold luxury properties, and have represented hundreds of home buyers and sellers in the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. And together, they look forward to giving you a five-star real estate experience!
